Have you had something taken from you? Most of us have at sometime in our lives. But for some it is more egregious. Perhaps not just money, but a job, an inheritance, your family, or reputation…

This week’s prayer is two-fold as we pray for restoration. First, it is for Tina Peters, the former Mesa County Clerk, who exposed enormous voter fraud in Colorado in the 2020 election. She had proof from the voting machines—and then was put in prison over it. Those behind her indictment are now running for governor and attorney general while she still sits in prison. It is wrong and she needs to be released WITH restoration. (click this link to read more: https://bit.ly/TinaPetersUpdate)

What about you? What immediately comes to mind where something has been taken and needs to be restored? We have biblical precedence for this and where I want to encourage you if you have given up hope, to recognize what God has done in the past, He can and will do for you—as we stand on His Word.

We have biblical precedence for that when we look back at the widow woman who left her home during a time of famine. When she returned 8 years later, she boldly went before the king to ask for her home back. Not only did she get her home returned but also EVERYTHING that belonged to her INCLUDING all the income from the land from the day she left!

Then he assigned an official to her case and said to him, “Give back everything that belonged to her, including all the income from her land from the day she left the country until now” (2 Kings 8:6).

Now THAT is called favor and restoration. Next let’s go to the story of Ziklag, when David and his men returned from a battle and found their camp ablaze and everything—including their families were taken. (I Sam 30). It looked like everything was gone, BUT God restored ALL PLUS more!

These testimonies from the Bible give us background of who God is, what He has done, and what He will do again. Remember, He is the same yesterday, today and forever. Within a testimony (which means to “do it again”) is the DNA for a repeat. (Click this link for that message: https://bit.ly/power-n-testimony)

Father, we thank you that You are always with us wherever we go. Your Word declares that You never change and what You have done in the past, You will do again and again. For You are the same yesterday, today and forever. So we put our hope and confidence in You because You love justice, hate robbery and will faithfully give recompense and make an everlasting covenant with us.

We pray for Tina Peters and declare justice for her now. Lord You see where she has been unjustly accused and imprisoned. We pray for her release speedily. We pray protection over her, health and healing from the ravages from her imprisonment. We ask not only for her freedom, but that what has been taken and stolen from her, for restoration—7-fold restoration. Her son and husband are both gone now. So we ask for new family and relationships to replace that which is gone and cannot, in this life, be restored. We pray for her heart and the deep wounds from those actions which took her family. We ask that You would fill her with hope and we command discouragement to be gone. Help her guard her heart and ours as well, with all diligence for out of flow the issues of life. We refuse offense, but pray for justice. Where it is easy to give in and get angry. We pray for supernatural forgiveness and peace to replace the rage and injustice.

Give her lawyers wisdom and insight if there is something additional they can or need to do. We pray that Ms. Peter’s case will be brought before President Trump again that the injustices corrected.

(Action step: Please call Gov. Jared Polis’ office in Colorado and tell him Tina Peters needs to be freed now.  303-866-2471 or email: Governorpolis@state.co.us.

Father, I also declare over every area in my life where there has been destruction and theft. Lord I declare that just as the widow woman had her home and income restored, that You will do the same for me restoring (name the theft and issue). I declare favor and supernatural restoration. I call back my inheritance, property, friendships, relationships, etc….which have been unjustly taken and pray for your healing power to flow through my heart, for forgiveness to flow where hurt and unforgiveness have taken root and that you can restore what seems hopelessly lost. I declare what you did for the widow woman, what you did for David and his men when their home was set ablaze and what you have done for others, that you will do for me.

Nothing is too difficult for You. Where I have pronounced that it is impossible, I uproot those words now and declare it is NOT impossible with You. Where I have given up hope, I declare my hope is in You. As the God of hope fill me…fill Tina Peters…with all joy and peace as we trust in You, so that we may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

I declare we will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

So I think you Lord for restoration and justice for Tina Peters. I thank you Lord that I will see restoration and justice in my situation. I thank you that even where exact restoration is impossible or where I was at fault for some of what happened, for Your forgiveness and restoration. I come into agreement with Your Word that says You will restore the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter…I declare the devastation that seemed to take everything is reversing and just as you restored to Job, you can and will restore what has been lost, stolen, broke and destroyed because your peace—shalom declares there will be nothing missing and nothing broken. So I come into agreement with Your Word and declare all that was lost will be restored in some form and is coming back to me now and for Tina Peters release and restoration speedily.
