Lawfare is the attempt to manipulate laws of the land to implement evil deeds. More specifically it is defined as: “the use of legal proceedings to achieve a goal, such as the use of legal systems to wage war to damage or destroy someone’s reputation. This approach transforms the battlefield from physical combat to the courtroom, where legal maneuvers become the weapons of choice.”
In America we have sadly grown accustomed to justices and attorneys general who misuse and abuse their positions to inflict harm. It increased significantly when President Trump hit the scene where they continue to twist the laws of the land to inflict their damage. Moreso now than ever because it is their last desperate hope to stop him from turning our nation back to God and just practices.
Reports reveal since Trump took office, over 66,000 illegals were caught and 99% shipped out of America. The “catch and release” pretending to do something nonsense is over. Biden kept saying removing illegals couldn’t be done without changing legislation. Of course it could. It just took a president who was willing to do it. And he is quickly whittling down the illegal army they were amassing against us.
Ecclesiastes reminds us there is nothing new under the sun. That is true with lawfare as well. We can see where it was used in biblical days. Remember Daniel and how those jealous of him got the king to write a law that they knew would enable them to legally have Daniel arrested? Or what about the days of Esther when Hamon manipulated the king to write an edict allowing the murder of the Jewish people? And most infamously how the Pharisees tried negotiating with Rome to have Jesus arrested and crucified. All of that was lawfare and manipulating legal avenues for nefarious agendas.
This is why we must be discerning as demonically inspired people will stop at nothing to appear “righteous” as they work to implement their evil plans via legal avenues.
This past week we passed Donald Trump’s first 100 days in office. The amount of executive orders, and actions he has implemented in that short amount of time is hard to believe. (Check out the last section on Trump’s first 100 days.) It has become almost impossible for Congress to slow him down and so in a last ditch effort lawfare has increased utilizing hand-picked activist judges who circumvent the law to create their own, to tie Trump’s hands.
Even as I write this I sense the danger of their actions…not for us but for them. They have no idea that their days of unfettered injustice are coming to a close and that a hammer is coming down to restore righteous justice to replace the unjust actions of lawfare. Liberals call it “authoritarian” actions by Trump and are now threatening to start impeachment proceedings again. But the truth is that he is protecting citizens and our nation and restoring justice.
With that said we need to pray. For the judges, lawyers, attorneys general who have abused their seats of authority to perpetuate these activities. Accountability is coming and coming quickly. We can see it and feel it in the air that it will increase. For those who have gotten away with lying for so many years, it comes as easily and readily as breathing. Perhaps they don’t know the difference anymore, but their days are numbered as a righteous standard is being restored. These actions cannot continue. And so we declare that they won’t, but pray for those enacting injustice for them to stop before it is too late for their own souls.
Father, we thank you that we now have a president who is fighting back against lawlessness and restoring justice to our land and protection to our borders. We pray for President Trump and his entire administration including ICE agents, border patrol officers, sheriffs, etc. that they will not fear, but act with courage, and yet never abuse their power. Give them wisdom, insight, and good intel to know where the illegals are, especially those planted here with intent on evil, and get them out.
Where justices, lawyers, attorneys general, etc are showing their true colors to fight for the “rights” of illegals and where they are obstructing attempts to return them to their home countries, we thank you that action is finally being taken against this lawlessness. May those who refuse to follow the law be removed from any ability to pronounce law. If they have broken the law, may justice be served and may they be removed from their positions.
We declare that the lawfare enacted in our courts to tie the hands of President Trump to restore justice and secure our borders would come to a halt and the fear of God come upon the judges, FBI, police, lawyers, attorneys general, media, etc who have abused their positions and used their words and power to obstruct justice. We declare the day of lawlessness and injustice is over!
May the eyes of the American people be opened to the propaganda of the media, legislators, talk show hosts, and judges who demand “due process” for illegals, who aren’t even citizens and therefore are not afforded that right. We declare the “due process” will be that those here illegally are processed out of America—starting with the gang members and drug dealers and terrorists. We pray for any that are here illegally, who have no nefarious intent, but want to be citizens, that they would be able to start that legal process. May that process be restored.
Father, where our country is divided over this issue, we pray that you would bring healing and insight. Where the previous administration gave citizen rights and benefits to illegals, we pray that all of that would be removed and the balance restored so that citizens receive the benefits of being a citizen and those who are not would not be treated as if they are. We declare where non-citizens were given the right to vote, receive social security, free housing/food/phones, that those pathways of freebies would be closed.
Father we know you care about all people. You see those who are here illegally and have been for many years. For those who simply wanted a better way of life and now fear they will be removed. We pray for them and for wisdom for the Trump administration on how to handle those cases. We pray for the churches and ministries who have worked to reach out to them and minister to them. May they be effective in reaching them with the Gospel and love of God.
We pray that they will come to know You and for wisdom to be given on how to proceed.
