The standoff between TX Gov Abbot and the Biden administration has escalated to the point of almost civil war. Biden has demanded Texas reopen the borders and gave Gov. Abbot 24 hours to allow them to cut down the razor wire erected as a deterrent to the flood of illegals crossing our border unrestricted. Abbot, so far, has refused. At least 25 conservative governors have pledged their support to Gov Abbott. Is Abbott within his rights? Yes!
What does our Constitution say? According to Sec. 1, Article 8 of the federal government’s power is “enumerated powers” or limited while states (sovereign nations) have numerous and indefinite authority. It’s not what we currently see, but that is what is in our Constitution. Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution provides that the United States shall guarantee to every State of the Union a Republican Form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion.
Biden, and whoever is running our country, are in direct violation of our Constitution as they not only refuse to close the border and protect Americans, but one of Biden’s first acts once he took office, was to open the border. An estimated 8-12 MILLION illegals have entered our country since then.
The Biden administration has and is committing treason against America. They are in violation of their constitutional duties as they try to usurp the authority of the state governments.
We are watching the formation of a civil war if the Biden administration continues to force their tyrannical rule and invasion of our nation. That is our focus this week.
Father, we pray for the United States of America, that the tyrannical rule that sits in the White House will not be able to divide this nation. We pray that their clear actions to remove any hindrance to illegals coming through our borders would in fact reunite us. May their action to destroy our nation and our borders become clear and undeniable, even to the staunchest of Biden’s supporters. We pray for protection for the state of Texas, and for our borders. We pray that the attempt to continue to lock our borders open will result in the destruction of those involved for violating our Constitution and their sworn oath to protect America and Americans.
May those who have remained in the dark up until now, have their eyes opened to what is taking place and the utter disregard for the American people in this action from the White House. We pray for wisdom for Gov Abbott and AG Ken Paxton to know what to say and do during this standoff. We pray for protection for our border patrol, police and national guard. Where the White House has threatened to federalize the state’s national guard, we pray You would give governors and those in the guard wisdom to know what to do. Those who are pushing for war, want nothing more than for this to explode. They benefit from war and the destruction of our nation. Expose them Lord, confuse their plans and communication. We pray, that if possible, the United States of America would not splinter into civil war. We declare that sheriffs, police, national guard, border patrol and other law enforcement organizations would not be able to be weaponized against the people of America. That law enforcement members would not be forced to choose whether to compromise their values or continue to protect America and its citizens.
We know there is a time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace. Give us wisdom to know what time we are in and act accordingly. The Word says rulers from You are not a terror to those of good conduct. However, these actions to force our border to remain open has been a clear delineation of what is behind the Biden administration which causes fear for those who do good. Father You see how our country has been held hostage by the numerous treasonous actions of this administration and we call on Your Name and angelic host for the protection of our nation against these ungodly actions and evil leaders.
Where terrorists have been invited and allowed into our nation, we pray for supernatural protection and help from attack. We pray for their supernatural removal. Give guidance for good leaders to know what to do to protect their cities/state and area of authority from attack and takeover.
We pray that the mayors, city and county commissioners, law enforcement, governors, judges, and media who have been compromised and now align with the destruction of our nation, to be rounded up and removed from any position of authority and held accountable for their acts of treason.
We bind the strongman of pride which has created the tyranny working to usurp the Constitution and rules of this nation. We pray that it would be replaced with the fear of the Lord. As this challenge continues we pray You would give strength to Your people and bless Your people with peace in this crisis and wisdom to stand strong for truth.
