I love December as we celebrate Christmas and the remembrance of Jesus’ birth. But no surprise the demonic try to hijack Christmas. From 2019-2021 the Satanic Temple in Illinois set up their version of the nativity with the demonic ‘Baby Baphomet’ at the Illinois State Capitol. It sat boldly on display next to a traditional Christmas nativity scene. I do not know if it is there again this year.
But evidently in the White House this year there is a nod to this demonic entity with a wreath and a gold mirror. Directly above the wreath is Baphomet’s goat head as part of the Christmas display. After Jill Biden posted a picture of the display on Twitter and the goat head was noticed, the media quickly claimed it was “fake news.” But here’s a picture of it. And it looks like horns are coming out of the wreath!
This is all a reminder that the battle for our nation at the root is not political, but spiritual. These spiritual entities have been trying to lay claim to countries and territories since the beginning of time. And while Biden and his administration may have invited them back into the White House, as intercessors we continue to declare their control over America is broken.
I’ve listened to two accounts this week alone regarding the spiritual entity Baal. Dutch Sheets spoke about it last week (and prior) as the controlling spirit over America. Talk show host Glenn Beck recently shared a dream he had ten years ago about Baal and shared it Click here. Seeing America restored is about seeing the fear of the Lord restored and taking out the “strong man.”
As we pray this week, we don’t go up against this strongman or principalities individually, but corporately with the Name and the Blood. As a weapon of our warfare, Dutch Sheets has been encouraging the Body to take Communion daily through December. It is something I had been doing for the past five years, but after a busy season it fell off my morning routine. About a week ago, the Lord reminded me of the importance to make it a part of my daily time with Him. Then Dutch Sheets shared it this week! For me it was simply confirmation of what the Lord had already spoken. Now, I want to encourage you to make it a part of each morning at least through December as well.
Why is this important? As we take communion, we are declaring God’s healing and salvation not only in our lives, but our families. We are declaring victory in advance. And victory we will have.
Father, we thank you for the month of December in which as a nation we reflect on the virgin birth when you came from Heaven to Earth. We continue to call Heaven to Earth and pray for your Kingdom come, Your will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. We declare your Lordship over our nation and as we do we take communion as a physical act to declare the victory won by Your broken body and blood sacrificed that broke the power of sickness and death. As we partake of the juice/wine we declare Your Blood that cleanses us of all sin. We declare Your perfect sacrifice defeated Satan and death and is the perfect victory over these demonic entities trying to establish their lordship over our nation. We declare Your lordship. But just as Biden is sitting on a throne that does not belong to him, so they are sitting on a throne that no longer belongs to them. Baal is not lord over America and according to Your Word it must bow to You. We declare Baal’s control has come to an end and his rule, throne and deception over our nation bound on Earth as it is bound in Heaven. We declare the Blood of Jesus covers our nation that America will fulfill her destiny.
The Remnant has risen and declares that Jesus is Lord over America. The Remnant around the world declares Jesus is Lord over all creation and we will see the manifestation of the victory You have already won and we stand in place as a reminder. We thank You Lord that as we do this in remembrance of You, we release Your plan and purpose for our nation and your healing power for revival.
