Everywhere we turn we see shaking. The Bible warned us in advance these days would come.
So don’t turn a deaf ear to these gracious words. If those who ignored earthly warnings didn’t get away with it, what will happen to us if we turn our backs on heavenly warnings? His voice that time shook the earth to its foundations; this time—he’s told us this quite plainly—he’ll also rock the heavens: “One last shaking, from top to bottom, stem to stern.” The phrase “one last shaking” means a thorough housecleaning, getting rid of all the historical and religious junk so that the unshakable essentials stand clear and uncluttered. (Heb 12:27 MSG).

One last shaking from top to bottom. That is where we are, so that all that remains is what is established firmly on Him. His call is for holiness—all else must go.

As more and more people are given an ultimatum whether to keep their job or bow to the federal overreach demanding they take the experimental vax, it is most definitely a shaking. It requires us to recognize, do we trust God can really provide if we say no? Do we have more trust in our job for our paycheck? Do we trust the vax has the ability to protect our lives over God? For some it is an exercise in faith to take the vax and for others not to. The shaking comes to bring us to the level of complete trust in Him as that is the ONLY foundation that will remain strong.

As we head toward the holidays and some have family members insisting everyone be vaxxed in order to see kids and grandkids—it is also a shaking.

Or for those who face the difficult decision that they must be vaxxed to continue their ministry work. Those who have not yet taken the jab are now faced with these hard ultimatums. These ultimatums right there should be a red-flag to everyone.
(For the record, I don’t believe this is a vaccine as records produced of ingredients and the length of time for trials do not coincide with what is needed for a vaccine. That being said, everyone must come to their own decision what you feel God is telling you to do. And THAT is the key. Praying to follow His voice in every decision we make.)

These are not easy decisions and require faith and trust in God whichever side of the equation you find yourself.

The bottom line is this, are we trusting God in the shaking, or are we going along to get along?

One is faith. One is compliance. Are we willing to take a difficult stand and say, “NO!” realizing there is a price we will pay? But when we pay that price, it is actually an open door for God to act.

Recently a pregnant ESPN employee was faced with the requirement to take the vaxx or lose her job. She didn’t want to take anything that could potentially harm the baby and asked for a medical exemption via her doctor’s recommendation. It was denied. Makes no sense since her doctor was recommending no. But she was terminated anyway when she chose to protect her unborn child trusting that God would provide.

With that decision, she stepped into the unknown—which is what releases God’s hand of favor. Almost immediately God opened an unexpected door to another job—which she didn’t even apply for! She is now working for a large Christian owned media group, in a non-toxic environment, who honors her decision to make her own decision on what she should do. (This is called God’s justice after injustice.)

I share that to encourage you that if you are facing a hard decision and don’t know what to do, remember—TRUST GOD! It is only when we step out on the water, that we can walk on it.

When we put our trust in God as a provider, we enable Him to open what is in His hands rather than tying ourselves to natural provision. This was a long intro, but I felt important as we begin to pray this week:

Lord, we lift up every person and family facing uncertain circumstances. We pray especially for those who are being required to make a decision on whether to keep their job and provide for their family or comply. On whether to be able to see their family, kids and grandkids if they don’t comply. Or on whether they must abandon the work you have called them to in business or ministry if they don’t comply. We command confusion to go, for You are not the author of confusion.

Lord, You said if we ask for wisdom You would give it to us. We pray for wisdom for every person facing these hard choices. We pray that You will give us strength to trust You for our daily bread and refuse to be moved by what we see or what we don’t see.

We refuse fear and the turmoil that these decisions and requirements create. We thank You that You are in control. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind. We pray for (name your city and state) that our officials would not bow to tyrannical pressure or threats and would rise up to protect the citizens under their leadership.

We pray for the businesses, especially the locally owned businesses in our area, to prosper and any ungodly design to cause them to close their doors, will fail. We pray regarding food distribution lines which they are trying to destroy. Lord, no matter what THEY do YOU are greater and You are our provider. We trust in You.

We pray for provision for our daily needs as well as our long-term needs. And pray as you taught your disciples to pray, Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day, our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen!
Father, we also pray regarding the election taking place in Virginia this week. According to reports, the Democrats are leading in mail-in ballots/early voting. That’s no surprise and it appears they are doing what they have always done. Lord, may they not get away with their old tricks. Let it become so clear to all that it will blow voting fraud wide open. We pray that righteousness will prevail. We pray that the people of Virginia will draw a line in the sand to stand up for their families and freedoms. Hear our cry O Lord that this election will not be stolen and that as your Remnant has prayed, You would hear our cry and bring justice. Let it begin here Lord.
