Dear City Intercessor,
This is an important week in our nation regarding the results of the election as well as the health of our nation and American’s physically and economically.
We must continue to take our authority and understand what it means to stand on the Word of God and refuse to move. His Word will not return void.
First, it is our prayer that every single one in this community remains healthy and whole. We are praying diligently for you. This week we have included a prayer to draw the line on COVID. Please join us to pray this daily until this virus is removed from our land!
It is also our prayer this week, as the election results are opened for certification, that our senators and representatives have courage to stand up for truth and righteousness and as they do we pray for their protection. Also that our Vice-President will stand firmly for righteousness and be unwilling to back down or certify illegality. Please also pray for the many heading to Washington, DC to be there January 6 to draw the line. Karen will be there along with many to hold our elected officials accountable. We know that many have become battle weary. However, if we fail to continue to take authority over these issues, the fight will not end. We must draw the line.
Your Word says where two agree as touching anything, whatever we ask, it shall be done by our Father in heaven. I remind You of that word today.
Prayer Declaration regarding COVID
In Jesus’ name, we take authority over COVID19. WE BIND IT TODAY IN JESUS’ NAME AND COMMAND ITS SPREAD TO STOP AND FOR IT TO GO BACK TO WHERE IT CAME. COVID 19, go back to the pit of hell and we forbid you to come back or spread any further. We command you to die and be removed from our land by the power of Jesus’ name. We declare healing and wholeness to every single person suffering from this virus. Be healed and whole in Jesus’ name.
We declare to each one praying and reading this to be restored to life and health in the mighty name of Jesus. COVID 19, you are just a name, but there is a name greater than you! We declare the NAME OF JESUS over you and that you are under our feet. We take the authority given us in the name of Jesus, the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony and come into agreement for this as a community and demand healing from this virus to manifest today in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Declaration regarding January 6 and the election results:
Lord You said the violence of the wicked will drag them away because they refuse to act with justice. Lord, may their lust for violence, deception, manipulation and lies be their undoing. You said a wise man will scale the city of the mighty and bring down the stronghold in which they trust. Give us wisdom Lord to see the strongholds in which they trust (pride, the media, position, wealth, their plan to overthrow the righteous) brought down even this week. That the foul virus COVID 19, they used to destroy our nation’s businesses, wealth, peace and election integrity, be brought to its knees and every hidden fact of its origination and proliferation be brought to light. May it be completely eradicated along with the fear it deposited. May all lies, deception and every wicked leader be exposed and brought to quick justice.
We pray regarding the certification process of the electoral votes which takes place this week. Lord we humble ourselves before You and acknowledge that without You and Your deliverance we are in an impossible situation. Yet we know who You are. And we remember what You have done in the past.
You are the God who parted the Red Sea as the Israelites crossed safely on dry ground while their enemies who pursued them were swallowed up.
You are the God who opened the ground underneath Korah and his followers when they attempted a coup attempt against Moses and they were seen no more.
You are the God who turned Hamon’s vile plan to destroy the Jews back on himself and the gallows he built to fulfill his jealous rage, was used to bring about his own demise.
You are the God who had a rescue plan from the very beginning after the Enemy deceived Adam and Eve. You have always played the LONG game. And although we haven’t always understood Your timetable, You have always been faithful and You have always rescued Your people. And we trust and know that You will do so now because You never change!
We declare that Your hand will lay hold on all Your enemies and your right hand will seize Your foes. When You appear for battle, You will burn them up as in a blazing furnace. Swallow them up in Your wrath, and may Your fire will consume them. You will destroy their descendants from the earth, their posterity from mankind. Though they plot evil against You and devise wicked schemes, they cannot succeed. For You will make them turn their backs when You aim at them with drawn bow.
For behold Your eye is on those who fear You…on those who hope for Your loving kindness.
Be exalted in Your strength, Lord. For we will sing and praise and Your might. To God alone be all the glory.
